We have identified the issue causing elevated latency on the Dashboard component. A database bottleneck during background analytics processing is impacting metric queries. We are currently applying a mitigation to divert non-essential traffic and relieve database load.

We are currently investigating reports of slow load times and sporadic timeout errors when accessing the XKY Links Dashboard. Core link redirection and URL routing remain fully operational. Our engineering team is actively looking into the issue, and we will provide another update shortly.
